No. TappiQuo is fully web-based — just open the link and sign in. Works on desktop and mobile browsers.

Can clients accept quotes online?

Currently, quotes can be shared as branded PDF files. Online acceptance will be available in a future update.

How do products, pricing, and taxes work?

You can manage your products and services through the Price Book. Insert items into quotes instantly for consistent pricing.

How are follow-ups handled?

Follow-up reminders are not included in the MVP. You can track progress manually using status updates and the dashboard overview.

Can I send quotes and invoices as PDF?

Yes. All quotes and invoices can be downloaded as clean, professional PDFs suitable for sharing with clients.

Will my data be mixed with other companies?

No. Each company has a dedicated workspace under its own tenant. Your data is fully separated and isolated.

Can I export my data?

Data export (CSV/Excel) is not available in the MVP. It will be introduced in a future release based on user demand.
